Effective 07-06-2017 the Brazoria County District Clerk’s Office will be participating in permissive criminal e-filing for the 239th District Court only.
**Please be advised the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office does not participate in permissive criminal e-filing at this time. In criminal cases, e-filing does not provide notice to the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office. Therefore, a physical paper copy of the filing must still be provided to the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office via mail, facsimile, or hand-delivery for proper notice**
