On Thursday, October 22nd at 6:30 Wilson W. “Dub” Crook, III will virtually present “Liberty County: A Major Trade Entry Point for Southeast Texas.” Dub will discuss exotic trade items, where they may have originated from, and dispel the notion that the Late Archaic and Woodland period people in Southeast Texas lived in a remote backwater that was not connected to the major activity in the Mississippi Valley.
