Who can Participate?

Individuals with low income, who cannot afford to purchase their long term maintenance medications and who do not have prescription coverage through insurance.

Individuals with Medicare without a Part D plan.

Individuals who have  Medicare Part D, who fall in-between the medication coverage gap and were denied extra help for prescriptions through Social Security.

Individuals who have met the cap for prescription coverage allowed on their insurance plan.

Some individuals with insurance that have been prescribed a medication not allowed or authorized by their insurance carrier.
