The National Constables and Marshals Association (NCMA) will conduct its Annual National Training Conference beginning September 19th through September 22nd, 2022. Constable Brawner and the Precinct 4 Team will host this conference and report training hours for attendees!
The NCMA will provide the following courses for participants:
- Implicit Bias & Social Justice (Racial Profiling*) - TCOLE 2066 - 4 Hours, Instructed by Dr. Alejandro Del Carmen of the Tarleton State University
- Social Media & Open Source Investigations - TCOLE 4102 - 4 Hours, Instructed by Detective (Ret.) Sam Palmer of the Phoenix, AZ Police Department
- Utilization of Media & Communication Relations - TCOLE 3026 - 4 Hours, Instructed by Mr. Chuck Wolf, Subject Matter Expert in Media Relations and Communications
- Sovereign Citizens Training - TCOLE 3226 - 4 Hours, Instructed by Special Agent Aaron Arizmendi, Texas Department of Public Safety - FBI Task Force
- Leadership Styles (Communication & Development) - 4 Hours, Instructed by Mr. David Yebra of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Director of Training and Leadership Development
- Commissioners Court & Governmental Relationships - 4 Hours, Instructed by the Honorable Joe Giusti, Commissioner Galveston County Precinct 2 & Deputy Constable Galveston County Precinct 2
The above training is invaluable to Constables, Marshals and their deputies and will prove to be of the utmost use and education to attendees!
