Constable Brawner and the Precinct 4 team are proud to bring you the SECOND Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event AND Stop the Bleed Training!
This event will be held at the Brazoria County Justice Center in West Columbia at 121 N 10th St, West Columbia, TX 77486
This is a FREE training event to show you and your family what to do if there is an active attack event. The training highlights the aspects of Run, Hide, Fight as well as the citizen's response to stopping an active bleeding wound.
