  1. Do not break any laws of city, county, state or federal government.

  2. Do not drink alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or abuse legal drugs.

  3. Report in person to your supervision officer once a month or as directed.

  4. If on intensive supervision, report twice a month or as otherwise directed.

  5. Live within Brazoria County, Texas and do not move without first notifying your supervision officer.

  6. Travel permits have to be discussed with your supervision officer and approved prior to traveling.

  7. Be employed or attend school. 

  8. Pay supervision fees, court costs, fines, restitution, and crime stopper fees per schedule.   

  9. Abide by any court ordered curfew.

  10. Complete Community Service Restitution hours.

  11. Submit to drug testing as requested.

  12. Complete aptitude test.
