  1. Do not break any laws of city, county, state or federal government.

  2. Do not drink alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or abuse legal drugs.

  3. Stay away from people who are on probation, parole or have a history of breaking the law.

  4. Stay away from places of disreputable character or those that sell alcohol to drink on the premises.

  5. Report in person to your supervision officer once a month or as directed.

  6. If on intensive supervision, report twice a month or as otherwise directed.

  7. Live within Brazoria County, Texas and do not move without first notifying your supervision officer.

  8. Travel permits have to be discussed with your supervision officer and approved prior to traveling.

  9. Be employed or attend school. 

  10. Pay supervision fees, court costs, fines, restitution, and crime stopper fees per schedule.   

  11. Abide by any court ordered curfew.

  12. Complete Community Service Restitution hours.

  13. Submit to a breath test and/or urinalysis as requested.

  14. Complete aptitude test.
