The Brazoria County Precinct 4 Constable's Office Training Division is under the direction of Corporal Joey Earl and the Precinct 4 Training Division Advisory Board. 

 

The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement requires that each advisory board contain at least 1/3 public members to ensure fairness and balance in the advisement and oversight of content creation and delivery through the Training Coordinators to the Student. 

 

Meet the Advisory Board

 

Chairman of the Board, James Broussard

Chairman Broussard is a law enforcement representative of the board and an officer of the Houston Police Department, and is currently serving as a board member for the Columbia-Brazoria ISD School Board. He is committed to safety and education as well as fairness and compassion in policing. 

 

Member-At-Large, Beau Roy

 

Member Roy is a civilian member of the Advisory Board, with a vast experience in the Petroleum and Energy Services Sector. In addition to providing insight as to valuable information to bridge the gap between Civilian and Police, he has a special interest in Risk-Management, which serves as a great asset on the advisory board. 

 

Member-At-Large, Jason Brown

 

Member Brown is a civilian member of the Advisory Board, as well as an educator and a very involved minister. Mr. Brown's dedication to ensuring the content delivered to students includes, Juvenile Recidivism Prevention, De-Escalation Tactics and Community Policing Initiatives. 

 

These Gentlemen serve on the advisory board for the training division for the sole purpose of oversight of quality content to be delivered. We thank them for their service!
