Brazoria County requires a driveway and culvert permit if the resident is modifying an existing driveway and culvert or installing a new driveway and culvert. The application below can be faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered to Brazoria County Engineering Office, or emailed to engineer-permits@brazoriacountytx.gov.
