Education About Mosquitoes

The Brazoria County Mosquito Control District is pleased to offer a variety of FREE Educational and Community presentations regarding mosquitoes and their life cycles.

 Available Educational and Community Presentations:

• The Mosquito
• Career Day
• How Our Department Works For You
• Mosquitoes and Livestock
• Show and Tell (work day as a mosquito surveyor)

 Each presentation includes mosquito identification and the different diseases they may carry, control measures used by the county, along with additional “do it yourself” control measures that can be applied around your home or business.  These presentations are approximately 30 minutes in length, and are directed toward students from the third grade on up to adults.

 This free service is provided to all area school districts, libraries, civic associations, community groups, and other Brazoria County community members.
