We offer dormitories for large groups needing overnight accommodations. Dormitories are climate controlled and are equipped with full kitchen facilities, restrooms with showers and twin bunk style sleeping quarters. Bed linens, towels, pots and pans are NOT included.

• No Alcohol
• No glass containers
• Pets are not permitted inside of park buildings (service dogs allowed).
• Comanche Pavilion is included (block scheduling)
• All county buildings are non-smoking
• Check in is 3 pm, check out is 12 pm
• Brazoria County residents receive a $50 discount per night
• First night rental fee and 6% hotel/motel tax required to hold reservations
• A $0.25 flat fee plus a 2.65% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
• Contact the Park Office within 72 hours (3 days) of the event if you must cancel. Failure to notify this office of cancellation will result in forfeiture of reservation fees.
