Our five pavilions are offered as day use facilities and may be reserved for your special event. Hours for use are 8 am until dusk.  All pavilions are covered.

• No Alcohol
• No glass containers
• Park in designated areas, no parking in grass.
• Brazoria County residents receive a $10 discount
• Rental fee required to hold reservations.
• A $0.25 flat fee plus a 2.65% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
• 72-hour cancellation notice required for full refund (does not include credit card processing fees). Failure to notify this office of cancellation will result in forfeiture of reservation fees.

CHEROKEE PAVILION

Price: $45 for in county residents. $55 for out of county residents. (Rental is from 8AM – Dusk). 

This small pavilion is located by the playground area with two 8-foot tables and a 14”x18” charcoal grill. Plenty of green space around this pavilion with 4 parking spaces set aside when reserved.

 MOHAWK PAVILION

Price: $45 for in county residents. $55 for out of county residents. (Rental is from 8AM – Dusk)

This small pavilion is located closest to the playground area and volleyball court with 2 eight-foot tables and a 14”x18” charcoal grill. 3 parking spaces are set aside when reserved.

TONKAWA PAVILION 

Price: $45 for in county residents. $55 for out of county residents. (Rental is from 8AM – Dusk)

This small pavilion is located further from the playground for a little more privacy with two 8-foot tables, running water, and a medium 14”x18” grill. 2 parking spaces are set aside for this pavilion when reserved.

APACHE PAVILION

Price: $60 for in county residents. $70 for out of county residents. (Rental is from 8AM – Dusk)

This large pavilion is located by the playground area with eight 8-foot tables, running water and a medium 24”x16” charcoal grill.  The start of the Loblolly Trail is nearby. The large parking area is nearby for this pavilion.
