There is no fee for parking at any time of the year if you have a cabin rented; however, any guests you entertain will be subject to parking fees over the summer. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year, there is a $5.00 parking fee per vehicle collected at the entry gate to the park for day use access of the park and pedestrian beach.

Cabins are intended for single family occupancy. Parties and large capacity gatherings are not permitted. We offer day use facilities/rentals for those purposes.

May we suggest: Mosquito spray, sunscreen, beach umbrella and a wagon to carry your belongings to the beach.

• No glass containers $500 fine
• $50 refundable clean-up deposit is required
• Pets are NOT allowed in cabins or overnight outdoors
• All county buildings are non-smoking
• Check in is 2 pm - 10 pm, NO late check in. Check out is 11 am
• Brazoria County residents receive a $10 discount per night
• Free wireless internet for registered guests
• Security gate closes at dusk. Code required for entry
• First night rental fee, security deposit, and 6% hotel/motel tax required to hold cabin reservations
• A $0.25 flat fee plus a 2.65% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions
• 2 night minimum
• 3 night minimum stay on Memorial Day and Labor Day
• 72 hour notice required for cancellations
• Due to limited parking; boats, utility vehicles, utility trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on weekends during the peak season of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Special arrangements must be made in advance for these types of vehicles at other times of the year.

Great Blue Heron Cabin - $170

The “Great Blue” cabin is located on "the hill". It is the first cabin on the right overlooking the Gulf. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people, 1 bedroom containing 2 full/twin bunk beds. It features high ceilings with clerestory windows. Amenities include: full size refrigerator, stove and microwave, coffee pot and cookware, television (Wi-Fi enabled to use your own Amazon Fire, or Netflix, etc. account), bathroom with tub/shower, picnic table, fire ring and AC/Heat. Toilet tissue and hand soap are provided. You must bring your own bed linens and towels.

There is a short walk uphill to access this cabin, but the view is well worth it. Parking is not available on the hill. We provide a small cart to carry your belongings to the cabin (not for beach use). There is a short walk down a ramp/boardwalk to get to the beach. Both ways are ADA compliant.

Monarch Cabin - $170

The Monarch Cabin is located on "the hill". It is the second cabin on the right, overlooking the Gulf. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people, 1 bedroom containing 2 full/twin bunk beds.
