Online reservations must be made 4 days in advance. If you need something sooner, please call our office at 979-233-1461.

Reservation Policy:
A Reservation Fee will be charged at the time the reservation is made.  The reservation fee includes: first night fee, as well as hotel tax and $50 deposit for cabin rentals.  

Refund Policy:
We do not issue refunds or rain-checks for inclement weather unless safety dictates 
that the park be evacuated.  

Cancellation Policy:
For refund of the reservation fee, cancellation must occur at least 
72 hours prior to the reservation date. Notice must be given directly 
to office staff during office hours. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to reservation date result in forfeiture of rental fee and 
any tax paid (clean-up deposits will be returned). We will deduct a $10 cancellation fee from the refund if you give 72 hour or greater notice.

If you are eligible for Disabled Veteran discounts (60% or above)
please make your reservation by phone. 
The online system cannot calculate discounts. The Brazoria County resident discount will be applied by zip code.
