SUMMER'S CORNER

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with the exception of County holidays.  We accept evidence on an appointment basis from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

If you need to submit evidence, please click BCCL Evidence Submission to book your appointment.  If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, we will contact you directly.  When you arrive for your appointment, please bring the appropriate filled-out submission form and ensure all evidence is sealed.

Please ensure you are using the correct version of our submission form. The most recent version can always be found here. If you are having issues accessing the fillable parts of the forms, you may need to use a different browser - Microsoft Edge is the preferred browser.

 Effective May 21, 2024, we have updated our Toxicology Submission Form. Starting June 3, 2024, we will only accept the current version.
