The Brazoria County Game Room Permit Administrator is managed by the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office. The Game Room Permit Administrator is responsible for approving or denying game room applications and enforcing game room regulations on all game rooms in the unincorporated areas of Brazoria County. 

Game Room Regulations, applications, and application process forms can be picked up in person at the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office, located at 3602 County Road 45 Angleton, Texas 77515 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Applications may also be downloaded/printed from the links below. 

A non-refundable $500.00 application fee shall be paid in full in the form of money order or cashier's check (PAY TO THE ORDER OF: Brazoria County) to the Brazoria County Treasurer's Office prior to submitting an application. 

Game Room applications must be submitted in person along with required documents and receipt of paid application fee to the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office.
