The City of Alvin hosted the Brazoria Counties Cities Association (BCCA) where varies attendees gathered to network and hear from a guest speaker. Cities within Brazoria County take turns hosting each other to grow and learn from each other as well as catch-up on current issues.
Members from Brazoria County and Elected Officials toured the newly constructed
Courthouse directed by County Engineer and SpawGlass Project Managers.
Brazoria County residents will begin to be able to step into the new building soon!
Commissioner Stacy Adams greeted Ezreal Garcia, VP of Government Relations for Community Health Network as
he was recognized for his partnership and continuous support for good healthcare in Brazoria County.
Alvin ISD Staff and Brazoria County Staff met over Heights Rd. to discuss the safety of the road. Commissioner Adams was accompanied by the County Engineer and Asst. Engineer.
The Alvin Historical Museum hosted a VIP Reception to kick-off Hispanic Heritage Month and their Inaugural Exhibit.
The exhibit runs through November 4, 2023.
Commissioner Adams sat with the great folks of Charlie Mike Podcast where he discussed all things Brazoria County, Commissioner duties, and his leadership experience.
The Pearland Neighborhood Center (PNC) hosted their annual Community Forum which encourages
multiple non-profits and civic organizations to meet, network, and collaborate.
Commissioner Adams met with the Chiefs of Staff for Representatives Vasut and Thompson as well as the Legislative Director during a visit to Austin to discuss County priorities.
The Alvin Noon Lions hosted their Annual Pigskin Preview where High School Coaches discussed the goals of each football team. Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit the community through scholarships.
